  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Free returns for EU customers (excluding custom-made items)
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

1. Our Return & Exchange Spell

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet our fairy-tale conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Certain magical items are excluded (see section below)

2. Non-Returnable Enchanted Items

Some items in our collection are too special to return, just like the golden egg from the goose that laid them:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (including engraved horloges en sieraden)
  • Decoratieve accessoires that have been displayed or used
  • Ondergoed and nachtkleding for hygiene reasons
  • Fotohouders and fotolijsten that have been used or altered

Note: All sale items are final sale unless defective.

3. The Magical Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our fairy godmothers: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request.
  2. Await your return spell: We’ll send you a return authorization number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your items: Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our enchanted castle at:

  5. Track your magic: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

4. Return Request Template

5. Refund Magic

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival at our castle), we’ll process your refund:

  • Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • PayPal payments: Refunds may take 1-2 additional days to appear in your account.
  • Exchange processing: New items will be shipped within 2 business days of return approval.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. International Return Spells

For our international customers outside the EU:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your magical item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as a fairy godmother’s wand wave.
